Trust is the foundation of every advisory relationship. This policy explains exactly what we collect when you reach out through our contact form, why we collect it, how it is protected, and how long we keep it.
What we collect through the contact form
We only collect what you voluntarily submit, plus one technical safeguard against automated abuse:
- Name
- So we can address you personally in our reply.
- Business name
- To understand the entity and context of your inquiry.
- Number of W-2 employees
- To gauge scale and which strategies may apply.
- Phone number
- To reach you for a strategy conversation.
- Email address
- Our primary channel for responding to your request.
- Areas of interest
- To prepare for the disciplines most relevant to you.
- Your message
- The details you choose to share about your situation.
- A one-way hashed identifier of your network address
- Used only to limit repeat automated submissions. Your actual address is not stored.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule a strategy conversation.
- To prepare relevant materials for that conversation.
- To keep an internal record of the inquiry and our correspondence.
- To protect the form from spam and automated submissions, including a submission limit per visitor.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not use contact-form submissions for advertising or add you to a marketing list without your consent.
Who can see it
Submissions are stored in a private database that is not readable by site visitors or through any public interface. Access is limited to Waymaker Enterprise Consulting personnel who need it to respond to you, and to the service providers that host our website and database on our behalf. We may share information when required by law or when you explicitly ask us to coordinate with your own advisors.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable business record of our correspondence. You may ask us to delete your submission at any time and we will remove it, unless we are required to retain it by law.
Your choices
You may contact us at any time to:
- Request a copy of the information you submitted.
- Correct anything that is inaccurate.
- Request deletion of your submission.
- Ask us to stop contacting you.
Security
Information is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored with access controls that block public access. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please avoid sending sensitive identifiers such as account numbers, government ID numbers, or financial statements through the contact form. We will arrange a secure channel when detailed documents are needed.
Children
Our services are intended for business owners and leaders. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
