Waymaker is led by Jesse Hantla, Founder & CEO, whose background spans executive leadership, financial services, corporate training, and organizational development. He brings nearly a decade of financial services experience, specializing in retirement income and insurance protection, and more than 15 years in the automotive industry, including corporate training with Tesla. His work has included conducting company-wide training and recruiting, mentoring, and developing professionals.
His focus is building meaningful strategic relationships, so clients gain access to specialized independent professionals rather than navigating complex decisions alone. Regulated legal, tax, insurance, investment, funding, and credit services are delivered by those independent professionals and providers.
